Join us for a heartwarming visit to see how our residents are truly home for the holidays at Oak Trace, a Life Plan Community.

Join us for our Holiday Open House to get an inside look at several of our independent living model apartment homes while you hear about the latest from our team. With hors d’oeuvres being served, this could be a glimpse of what your very own future with friends and family could look like here at Oak Trace.
